Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our warehouse, The Bucket Company™ cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, always work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
We currently only ship to the Continental U.S. from the Website Directly, if you need shipping outside of our normal shipping area please email Frankie@thebucketcompany.com
Even though all orders will come with a tracking number, we offer optional "Signature Confirmation" to ensure your package is received by you or someone are your address.
This is an optional service that is highly recommended as we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and have then gone missing or stolen.
Preordering today means you have reserved your spot in line when backordered items arrive at our warehouse.
If an item in your order says it is backordered, you will receive it in a maximum of 2-4 weeks. However, keep in mind that’s a maximum. If we receive it sooner, you will have it sooner because our pre-orders are our top priority. Once your backordered item has been shipped out to you from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We truly believe that you will be Satisfied with your "The Bucket Company™" product. However, we understand that sometimes you may order the wrong thing or simply change your mind. No worries.
For any New & Unopened items simply return them in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Be sure to include your packing slip and/or order information in the box. You cover return-shipping costs.
You should expect to see a full refund for returned items within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, this is the maximum time, we will do everything we can to get it back to you sooner.
This estimated time period includes the maximum transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
